Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. Any additional rules shown for a particular game or promotion also apply to that feature, but cannot override rights that the law gives you.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You may use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to them on your behalf where permitted by law. You must also meet any minimum-age requirements that apply in your location and to your sign-in provider.

Some games can be played as a guest. An account may be required for features such as saved progress, voting, leaderboards or rewards. The features available depend on the game you choose. Use only an account you are authorized to access, keep it secure and do not impersonate another person. Your display name, profile image and game records may appear on public leaderboards where offered.

3. Fair play and acceptable use

Play fairly and do not interfere with other players or the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use bots, scripts or modified clients to fabricate scores, farm rewards or manipulate votes.
• Exploit bugs, forge game sessions or bypass validation, rate limits, access controls or purchase checks.
• Access another account without permission, collect other players' personal information unlawfully or disrupt the Service.
• Use unlawful, threatening, hateful or misleading profile information, or infringe another person's rights.
• Sell or transfer accounts, virtual currency or virtual items outside the Service.

These rules do not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits and that cannot lawfully be prohibited by contract.

4. Scores, progress and leaderboards

Scores, progress and rewards may be validated on our servers before being recorded. A result displayed during play is not a guarantee that it has been saved. Invalid or unverifiable results may be rejected, and we may correct records affected by cheating, duplicate submissions or technical errors.

Progress stored only in your browser can be lost when you clear browser data or change devices. Saving, synchronization and the transfer of guest progress depend on the features supported by each game; do not assume progress carries between accounts, devices or games. Connectivity problems, interrupted sessions and service changes can also affect saved progress. A ranking or completed challenge does not, by itself, entitle you to a cash payment or prize.

5. Virtual items and rewards

Some games may offer virtual currency, items, achievements or other rewards. Their availability, earning rules, permitted uses and any applicable virtual prices are described in the relevant game or feature. Review those conditions before using a reward or confirming an exchange. Not every game includes these features.

Virtual currency and items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or sold to other users. They give you permission to use a feature within the Service, not ownership of the underlying content. Their use across games or accounts is limited to the features we expressly support.

We may adjust game balance, future reward rules, virtual prices and available items, and correct records affected by errors or abuse. We do not promise that a particular item, reward or feature will remain available indefinitely. Any changes remain subject to your rights under applicable law. If we introduce a real-money offer, its pricing and payment terms will be disclosed before you agree to a charge.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's software, games, artwork, audio, branding and other content belong to us or their respective rights holders. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Service for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms.

Except where we give permission or applicable law permits it, you may not copy, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit the Service or its content, remove ownership notices, or present our branding as your own. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

7. Third-party services

Sign-in and other integrations may rely on third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. Links to external websites do not imply our endorsement. We do not control those services or guarantee their continued availability. If an external service becomes unavailable, features that depend on it may stop working.

8. Privacy

Account and gameplay information is processed when you use the Service. Please read our Privacy Policy alongside these terms. These terms do not replace that policy or constitute consent to data processing where separate consent is required by law.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We may update, rebalance, add or remove games and features, or pause the Service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We may also discontinue all or part of the Service. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of significant changes that affect your use, and we will provide any notice required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser. This does not affect any guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Restricting or ending access

We may restrict or suspend access, remove invalid scores or rewards, or end an account's access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, the account is compromised, or action is needed to protect the Service or comply with the law. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to address the issue.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Signing out does not itself delete your account or stored records. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property and liability provisions, continue to apply after use ends.

11. Liability and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or business losses, arising from your personal use of the Service. You remain responsible for your device, internet connection and any charges from your provider.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing removes mandatory consumer protections, data-protection rights or your right to bring a claim before a court available to you under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the Service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised text here and update the date above. Changes apply prospectively, not retroactively. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service and obtain renewed agreement where required by law. If you do not agree to revised terms, you should stop using the Service.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
